This project was developed while contracting with Bluedoor, a healthcare and life sciences growth and marketing agency.

Omada is a virtual chronic care provider, enabling patients to improve their health while managing their chronic health conditions. I helped design an overview of their product offerings, including infographics to better explain how their platform works.

Presentation
For each of its health modules, Omada needed to explain how their platform supports a patient's healthcare journey with data and infographics. I created both the presentation and supporting assets, which clearly communicated Omada's value in the healthcare space.
