We visited a playground several times in Sedona, Arizona - a thing that most parents end up doing while on vacation. The playground itself was like any other playground, but the surrounding views were most extraordinary. The kids asked to return to the playground several times, which we did, and each time their attention was turned toward the slides and swings while mind was turned to the mountains. There was much of that in Sedona, this juxtaposition of the ordinary, everyday things most of us come to expect in our towns and cities, and the incredible beauty of the area right next to it.
