Brooke Bragger is a family and commercial photographer that was looking to refresh her logo and website.

The Process:

Being very familiar with Brooke's work made it easy to generate ideas that reflected the warmth she exudes while shooting and the magic she captures with her camera.

I explored several options that leaned into a playfulness with fun colors and an unfussy style that reflected Brooke's own.

We were both drawn to the star motif, which represented the magic moments she captured with her camera. The customized type exuded warmth and charm and recalled typography from history, connecting how Brooke’s work crystalizes the events that are now in the past.

Ultimately, we landed on a brighter, retro inspired palette that felt welcoming and interesting, mirroring Brooke's work. I developed a few additional materials that expanded the identity, including a website refresh and stationary.
